Samsung World Championship for the LPGA

Challenge:

Create a global inspired draw party and an awards gala that were both elegant and high-energy.

BKA Solution:

BKA, partnering with Cheil USA, designed and produced the awards gala for the highly anticipated Samsung World Championship for the LPGA. To welcome the crowd and get guests paired up with their pro player, we designed an International Bazaar complete with vignettes including entertainment, food and décor from various areas of the world including Europe, The Americas, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The awards ceremony was inspired by the passion shared by the women of the LPGA and The Prado’s dramatic Spanish Colonial architecture. We created a celebratory evening of passion through music, dance, swordplay and a stunning visual homage to the passionate women of the LPGA.
